There's shed loads of stuff to appreciate at this event, not just music. The Drag Racing, Wall of Death, Race Track, Air Displays, fairground rides and a Helter Skelter to name just a few. Naturally, we are there mainly covering the musical acts, of which there were plenty, like Laura B above, who graced the Hangar stage on Sunday night.
So much to review, and a major article will be forthcoming, so keep checking back for updates. There will be additional photos, and as we missed just a couple of the acts, you'll appreciate there's a few to sort through!
This is the biggest event on the Rockabilly calendar and if you have never been before or you haven't been yet, get your skates on and book it as the places are going fast apparently. It's a biggy for us as reviewers and photographers as well, just check out all the acts on!
Congratulations to the Bullets, who received a Gold Western Star Disc for their last CD, 'Go Man Go'. Well deserved chaps, and if you haven't heard it, or own it, check out the review on this site
Well, that's it for now loyal readers. If you have an event you want featured in the next blog(s) or swap a link with us, please get in touch. The Bettajive Review's stats continue to rise each week, so increase your reach with us.
Now, as the song said, 'I got a stack o records here, a stack o records there, I got records scattered all over everywhere'. So many new releases to review, check back again on the CD reviews page regularly.
Cheers 'til next time
